We comply with all aspects of legislation regarding our BBBEE rating and strive also to make a meaningful contribution towards social development and upliftment through our  water drilling iniatiatives in previously disadvantaged communities.  We are registered with SERR SYNERGY who oversee all of our labour related issues as well as any contractual agreement obligations between employer and employee as stipulated by legislation. We are registered with the National Employer’s Association of South Africa (NEASA). We care for our employees and strive to assist and train them in all ways. We have assisted with housing and accommodation for our employees, whether at home or in remote working environments.
